The Scranton branch maintains a longstanding relationship with Schrute Farms, a working beet farm and bed & breakfast operated by Assistant Regional Manager Dwight K. Schrute and his cousin Mose. The farm provides the branch with a preferred venue for offsite team-building events, Hay Day, and an annual "Agri-Tourism and Paper Appreciation" retreat that Michael Scott insists is tax-deductible. The beets are, objectively, exceptional. The accommodations are rustic. Guests should bring their own sheets.
